Reiki Course
- Class Sizes: Class for each level will be no more than 4-6 persons.
- Lunch: Lunch will provided each day, please forward me any dietry requirements beforehand.
- Timings: Each day will start 10am and finish around 4pm (depending on the class size).
- Qualification and Certificates: After each Level you will receive a certificate as well as a manual.
- Top Up: After each level, you will do 30 days healing (taught in Level 1), you will then be invited back for a free top attunement.
There should be a gap of at least 6 months between Reiki 1st Degree and Reiki 2nd Degree.
&
A gap of at least 12 months between Reiki 2nd Degree and the Master/Teachers course.
Reiki Level 1
Investment - £160 (£25 non refundable deposit to reserve your place)
During this course you will be attuned to Reiki from the traditional Usui Ryoho method, in a way that enables you to use it for self-healing and to pass it on to others simply through the laying on of hands.
You will learn about Reiki history, principles, western and Japanese Reiki techniques. You will also have a practical introduction to the energy field body: Chakras and Aura and you will be able to sense the differences between each chakra and balance them.
You will receive 4 attunements over two days which raise the human energy vibrations and enables you to access specific frequencies of energy. You will practice Reiki, sense and recognise the integral purpose of Reiki that will enhance the ability to look at life in a more lovely and peaceful way.
Reiki Level 2
Investment - £175 (£25 non refundable deposit to reserve your place)
After this course you will be able to practice Reiki professionally, get insurance and join a Reiki Association.
This course will further and enhance your ability to work with Reiki. It creates a deeper understanding and sense of Reiki energy.
The introduction of the 3 sacred Reiki
symbols empowers the Reiki healing energy and it will enable you to send distance Reiki to situations and people that aren’t physically next to you.
You will receive 4 more attunements over 2 days and practice Reiki at a much deeper level.
Reiki Master Teacher Level
Investment - £385 (£50 non refundable deposit to reserve your place)
I cover all aspects of the Master and Teacher degree into one full course. The Master Teacher Level will be carried over 2 weekends.
There are four attunements that are carried out over the first weekend. It is essential that you know all of the Reiki symbols you were shown at Level 2. You will be provided with the Master Symbol that you will use in addition to the original symbols following this course.
During the Masters course lesson plans are provided for Reiki 1, 2 and 3. You will carry out practice attunements for a Reiki 1, 2 and Reiki 3/Master Level and I will provide you with information that demonstrates the attunement process.
On the final day of the course you will also need to show me that you can correctly carry out a Reiki Level 3 (Masters attunement).
Smudge Stick Making Workshop
Handcraft your own smudge stick for yourself and learn how to make them in this educational workshop. These are great gifts for yourself and others. All materials provided to handcraft two smudge sticks using a mixture of herbs that you resonate with. As well as a manual with information on smudge sticks and a step-by-step guide to crafting your very own smudge sticks after the workshop.
In this smudging workshop you will learn to utilise the power of sacred smoke & incense to attract more positive, peaceful helpful energy into your life. The ancient practice of smudging is remarkable in its ability to help create positive energy shifts within our lives. Smudge Sticks are simply a bundle of dried herbs/flowers that have been tightly wrapped together into a stick. You then light the tip of the smudge stick, blow out the flame, and allow the fragrant smoke to float through the air in order to cleanse a particular space, room, crystal, person, etc.
The term 'smudging' refers to the ceremonial or ritual practice of burning herbs to purify and cleanse a space or person. Burning herbs and using aromatic smoke in ritual has been practiced since ancient times, and spans many different cultures worldwide. This is a workshop to promote self-empowerment, self-growth to give participants the resources to grow their own herbs to make their own smudge sticks.

Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

We will come together for this sacred ceremony, honouring this sacred plant medicine, the time, space, yourself, the perfect harmony of cacao plant medicine and sound from Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls allowing all the components that will come together to create this most beautiful of experiences.
The ceremony is £25 per person, and is held on the Full Moon and New Moon of each month. Numbers are limited to ensure everyone can get the most out of this beautiful experience, so booking is essential.
